1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between e2bat ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses or uses the e2bat website located at e2bat.bio and all associated services, including the sportsbook, online casino, live dealer games, slots, virtual sports, and the e2bat Wallet.

e2bat operates an online gambling platform primarily serving English-speaking users located in Pakistan. By accessing e2bat you warrant that you are doing so voluntarily, that you are fully aware of the financial risk involved in gambling, and that you have independently verified that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before participating.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.Eligibility

To register and use e2bat you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. e2bat operates a strict minimum age policy. Underage gambling is a serious offence and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
• You are accessing e2bat as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by e2bat or any third-party responsible gambling organisation you are enrolled with.
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently excluded from e2bat.
• You have independently confirmed that participating in online gambling is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence. e2bat does not provide legal advice. It is solely your responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.

e2bat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals.

3.Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) e2bat account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and all balances being voided.

When registering you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date by contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. e2bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify e2bat immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

e2bat reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

4.Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the e2bat platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your e2bat Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. e2bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers including but not limited to JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah.

All funds deposited into e2bat must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. e2bat complies with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.

5.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where e2bat determines an alternative method is appropriate or necessary for compliance reasons.

e2bat aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.

e2bat reserves the right to carry out identity verification and source-of-funds checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending the outcome of such checks. Users are required to cooperate fully with any such process.

Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to applicable bonus wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Funds that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request may be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

e2bat may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to users. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• e2bat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through coordinated play, the use of multiple accounts, or matched betting — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

7.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on e2bat are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or wager you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.

e2bat uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable casino games and independently audited live dealer solutions for live casino products. All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the relevant system.

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game or bet in progress, e2bat will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where full reconstruction is not possible, the stake may be returned. e2bat's decision in such matters is final.

e2bat reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event affected by match-fixing or corruption, or placed using information obtained through unauthorised means.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e2bat platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent exclusion, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge or bonus terms.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the e2bat platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing e2bat staff or other users.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the e2bat platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the property of e2bat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use e2bat's intellectual property without prior written permission.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e2bat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

e2bat's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

e2bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to e2bat may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our reasonable control.

11.Privacy & Data

e2bat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on e2bat you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

e2bat employs industry-standard 256-bit TLS encryption to protect data in transit. Personal data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing services as necessary to operate the platform.

12.Responsible Gaming

e2bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. The following tools are available to all registered users via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the time elapsed during a gaming session.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the e2bat platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting e2bat support.

e2bat's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus terms, or account matters shall be final, except where e2bat agrees to refer the matter to an independent third-party adjudicator. You acknowledge that all bets and wagers are placed at your own risk and that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain.
